Ive got unknurled handlebars and a brass ensemble blondes for my Harley. I have to move out on the bike, but no more easily than bar with scratches and forth, is a force exerted on the bars. I must continue to have an idea?

You can punch and your PIN. Run a pencil in the bars (3 / 16 "PIN) must be above about 1 / 8 inch on each side of the bar, on-site assembly, drilling holes into the elevator terminals DO blonde, and immediately accepted.

Or you could use the bars that you know what had been hidden by the braces, with a punch and a hammer, and "point" bars. It is essentially a set number of small craters in the bar protruded from the surface and help to stop violence closure strip bars rotation.

If you are not busy, you could use a shim. A holding an aluminum can, you simply copy a rectangle with a pair of scissors and carefully open the clamp on the work at the bar and clamp. We need more spin, but if the open space, in which the bolt through. Press, and you should be ready to proceed.

permanently fixed into effect ..

In the hope that the head of the dog bone completely .. seen by both sides ..

Take the cap .. And you ask someone to bars where you want to keep

then through the holes of the bone, brass dog .. The hole should be running at a height of dog bones, .. parallel / normal

then a PIN through the bars on the bones of dogs .. Clamp the upper bone in the pit ... Pin is hidden at the place ..

Muller himself.
Install the handlebars.
Apply tape around the bar on both sides of a lift (so they know where Müller).
You remove the bars.
Press the bar with a stroke (a sudden automatic works very well in this case).

Hehe ... I have an aluminum can, and work for a while. ... But aluminum cans are coated with plastic, and finally off. I have tried to find an aluminum clad / sheet of brass at Ace Hardware or equivalent.
